SPCF - SCOTLAND’S PROFESSIONAL CHEF’S FORUM

Monday 16th September 2019

To celebrate 30 years of exquisite dining at Lochgreen House Hotel, we have the pleasure to present SPCF – Scotland's Professional Chef's Forum.

An event for Chefs, by Chefs. Hosted by our very own Gary Mclean!

Carrying the theme of ‘Connections’ this is a unique opportunity to not only showcase the talents of some of the world’s finest chefs but to connect Hoteliers, Professional Chefs, Food and Drink Suppliers and Kitchen Equipment Industries. The day will be informative, innovative and entertaining!

The Costley & Costley group are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence. This family run business, established in 1988, has energised the Ayrshire hospitality trade as we know it today. The success of the organisation is largely dependent upon the produce and products supplied locally.
